Do you keep dogs in kennels all day?

No. This isn't a warehouse operation, it's a home environment where every dog is actually known. Kennel time is limited to feeding, overnight rest, and occasional short breaks when a dog needs a quieter moment. It's never how your dog spends their day.

What's the difference between daycare and boarding?

Daycare is for your regular days out, drop off and pick up same day. Boarding is for overnight stays when you're traveling, with tiered care levels (Balance, Connection, Signature) built around attention, not just supervision. Full pricing is above.

Is my dog really getting individual attention, or just watched?

Every dog here is known individually, not managed as a group. We notice when a dog's having an off day, when something's bothering them, or when they need more structure. Training gets woven into everyday moments, not billed as a separate add-on.

What if my dog hasn't been around a lot of other dogs?

Every dog starts with a meet and greet before joining the group. That's how we actually see how your dog does, not guess. If they need a slower introduction, we build that in. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly, and point you toward a place that may serve your dog better.

What if my dog doesn't do well here?

The meet and greet is where we make sure it's genuinely a good fit, for your dog and for the group. Once we move forward, you're backed by our 30-Day Transformation Guarantee, if you're not seeing your dog calmer, better behaved, and happier within 30 days, we keep working with them at no extra cost until you do. If a safety issue ever comes up later, we'll always call you directly, and if it's not a fit going forward, we'll help point you toward a place that may be better suited.

Do you require vaccinations?

Yes. Current vaccinations are required before your dog's first day. We'll confirm exactly what's needed when you book.

What if there's an emergency?

You're always reachable by call or text, and so are we. We also ask for an emergency contact for every dog, and if you don't have one, we'll talk through a plan together before your dog's first day so everyone's covered.

How do I try it out before committing?

New clients get 3 days for $99, the easiest way to see how your dog does and how we operate before jumping into a package.

Do you offer anything for referrals?

Yes. If you know a dog who'd thrive here, send them our way. When your referral books their first stay, you pick a free add-on on us, massage, brush out, private play, adventure walk, your call.

What's your cancellation policy?

Reservations require a non-refundable deposit. For holidays, cancel more than 7 days out and you're refunded everything except the holiday deposit, inside 7 days it's non-refundable.
